At Sansam India, we sell digital products such as downloadable toolkits, guides, and templates. Due to the nature of digital content, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.
No Refunds for Digital Products
Once a digital product is purchased and accessed/downloaded, the sale is final and no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
This is because:
- Digital products are delivered instantly
- Access cannot be revoked once shared
- Content is intellectual property
Exceptions (Limited Cases)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You did not receive access due to a verified technical error from our side
All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of purchase.
